Easy Return & Exchange

At K2Naturals, we strive to provide you with high-quality herbal products, and your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Here's how our return policy works:

1.Majoon Khaas 

• • Returns/exchanges are allowed only if seals are intact.
  • If you have an allergy to any ingredient, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • K2Naturals reserves the right to provide partial refunds to loyal customers with valid concerns.

2.Return Process

• • Send the product to our official return address.
  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours of product receipt.
  • Refunds will have Rs. 250 deducted. Exchanges are free.

3.Timeframe

• • Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Send a photo of the parcel with the delivery slip for faster processing.

4.Change of Mind

• Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
